You represent that you have the authority to agree to these Terms, either for yourself or for the entity you represent. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. Users between 13 and 18 must have their use authorized by a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.
Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved through individual arbitration, waiving any rights to jury trials or class actions.

Shotcount LLC reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Services without notice. We are not obligated to provide support or maintenance for the Services.
All intellectual property rights in the Services are owned by Shotcount LLC. Your use of the Services does not transfer any rights to you.
You are responsible for content you post or share on the Services. You grant Shotcount LLC a worldwide license to use your content in connection with the Services.
You agree to indemnify Shotcount LLC against claims related to your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
Shotcount LLC is not responsible for third-party links or advertisements or interactions between users.
The Services are provided “as-is” without warranties. Shotcount LLC’s liability is limited as described in these Terms.
These Terms remain effective while you use the Services. Shotcount LLC can terminate your access for violations of these Terms.
Respect for intellectual property is required. A procedure for addressing infringement claims is outlined.
These include the right to amend these Terms, governing law, and how we communicate with you electronically.
